  This is the second vehicle I have gotten through Phoenix Auto Finance. I have worked with both Joy and Kyrstal and have had a really positive experience. They went above and beyond to get me financed for both of my vehicle. My second time around they even got my a fantastic interest rate. I will definitely go back to them if I need another vehicle. Thanks Guys!

  I was not approved for the vehicle I wanted but actually worked in my favor :) They got me into a newer vehicle with less miles and affordable payments. The staff was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you again for helping me when I lost hope. Definitely will refer my friends and family to come see Joy... she was a pleasure to work with :)

  Please don’t purchase a vehicle from them. They have been harassing me for a payment and I showed them proof that I haven’t received my unemployment, now they are threatening me with the police. My last car payment was 2/2020. My Son even offered to pay $4000 for the car so I could have transportion, it’s a 2009 jeep Cherokee and they want $14,502.45. I’ve been paying my car note of $464.60 for close to 2 years now. The jeep was appraised at $3200. Joy Mccabe is very unprofessional to say the least. They have absolutely no empathy for all that was affected by this Covid 19. They know my address so I can’t hide a vehicle, plus they will turn your vehicle OFF if you don’t make a payment

  While we do not like to hear stories like this, this particular customer has been hiding her vehicle from us for 5 months, was unemployed prior to COVID-19 and, then out of the blue, made an unreasonable offer to settle her account. We are more than willing to work with reasonable customers, but no calls, no efforts, hiding vehicles, and then blasting us on all social media because they refused to pay us for 5 months doesn't exactly add up.

  Financing portion went great. It’s unfortunate that both cars they financed for me we’re wrecked within a year after purchase. I would buy and finance from Phoenix Auto Finance again and not wreck a car.

  I am a Business owner affected by COVID-19. I’ve had some struggles in the past and financed with Joy. While waiting on my Business loan, my vehicle was re-po. They don’t care about anybody, plus they received Monies from the government to help them with their business so they wouldn’t take our vehicles. Terrible place to get a Vehicle from

  While we do not like to hear stories like this, this particular debtor was past due and a collection problem prior to COVID-19. Phoenix Auto Finance has never received any government assistance but is more than willing to work with reasonable customers affected by COVID-19. This debtor, however, was not reasonable nor would make any financial arrangement short of not paying anything.

  if you have bad credit or you look trying to repair your credit go to these people they work with you. I've been dealing with these people for about 2 years and if I need something they will help. these people would rather see you succeed than to fail. Go see Crystal if you need a car or a truck. I think I would never do with anybody else but them.

  These people are so fake......i have 3 car loans with them all paid off each due to accidents. I moved to south Carolina for 9 months when my wife totaled our Kia. Joy cabe is a snake told they would take care of me yeah right she doesn't care sign says all is approved not true I have perfect payment history with them. They denied me another car cause I went to s.c. out if curteousy go some where else to car loan. I deal with another company who does people right. I'm back in as and letting every one know how fake and unprofessional joy McCabe and Stewart are.BUYERS BEWARE...

  Our license only allows us to purchase loans in the state of Arizona, which Mr. Apuan knew. We would have been more than willing to give Mr. Apuan another loan given his outstanding loan history and great demeanor with our company, but we are not licensed to loan in South Carolina. We regret that Mr. Apuan felt the need to give us a 1 star review when all we did was loan him money 3 times for vehicles when nobody else would.

  This is place is a real joke...I called to get a payoff quote and "Jimmy" picked up the phone put me on hold waiting to be transfer. Picked up after 10 minutes on hold and told me to call back later...I asked if it was really going to take that long...and gave me a super ugly attitude and hung up....No wonder why they have 2 reviews and a 1.5 rating on google...what a joke, If I could leave 0 stars I would...
