This has go to be the worst mortgage servicer company out there! Just tried to make a payment over the phone and was told that even though I have had this loan with Sierra Pacific for two years this company is requiring me to sign some type of Affidavit to make a phone payment? What?? They refused to take a payment over the phone until this document is signed. They agents just "yes Ma'AM" you and have no clue what they are doing!

Never use this company. They are absolutely horrible and have no idea what is going on. Their customer service department doesn’t know anything. I can’t get straight answers about anything and I wish I didn’t work with them. My loan was transferred, not my choice.
