  Michael and his staff are amazing! 6 days before our close date we found out or original mortgage company wasn’t going to be able to close the loan on time. We thought we were going to lose our dream house, but we were then referred to Michael at Academy Mortgage. Everyone here worked hard to get as closed as quick as possible and because of them we were able to close on our new home!

  I originally used Ethan Pikoff at Academy Mortgage to finance my home, and later refinance it. After refinancing my home, I referred a good friend to him. My friend's appraisal came back lower than the sales value despite there being much higher comps in the same neighborhood. When my friend asked about his options and if he could have the appraisal redone both he and his real estate were belittled and treated extremely rudely by Ethan. My friend was able to get house financed through another lender with better terms the same week.
