  Just dont do it. The most money hungry and heartless people Ive ever encountered. My best friend was loyally making payments for a year and never was late. He caught covid and was put in the hospital. So he was short one week and couldnt pay the full amount and got his car shut off. They wouldnt work with him and was rude and unprofessional. He owed a little more than a hundred left and they tried to make pay the whole amount which wasnt in the agreement. The agreement was 100 a month. They are crooks and its like basically dealing with the mob. If I could give 0 stars I would.😔😔😔

  This place Terrible; my husband and I sent our truck back due to problems. They sold the truck came after us. I am not mad about. I'm more mad we over paid they sent us 1 check haven't received the second check keep getting the run around next step is a lawyer. This was our first car loan place and we paid on time. The truck started having issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  They Are very helpful and really work with you. So many times I was struggling with car payments scared my car would get cut off but they are very understanding.

  Paying still on a car; I no longer possess. Car was totaled; the other driver was at fault. I was left with the balance. But even more disgust by the lack of professionalism; by some of the staff within this company and legal department. Its all smiles and politeness in the beginning; and soon you connect yourself; its a whole different situation. BEWARE !!!!!!

  This was my first car ever financing and honestly can say, I've had a pretty good experience. They work with you in hard times and seem like they understand, life happens. After paying off my car I have now, I'd love for them to finance my truck I'll be getting after paying the car off.

  Ever since I have worked with PFSC on my loan. They have been courteous, great customer Service and understanding. I was so impressed with them that after my first loan, I went back and got another car with them. I can truly say they are the best company to get a loan through.
