  Financed a vehicle, I spoke with Alicia Padilla and she was very professional and made the process very easy, she answered all my questions and she was always pleasant and nice to talk too . Alicia qos above and beyond her job duties and I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. Keep up the good work and hire more people like Alicia who like to help people and actually know their job.

  I have been a member of this CU for over forty years. Since PFCU took over it has become more difficult to make transactions online. They changed my account number by adding zeros and letters to the account number, limit how much one can transfer and generally make things more of a hassle. They charge higher interest rates than other places on loans. I don't use it for anything more than savings and checking. It would be the last place I'd consider getting a loan from. They used to be fantastic. Nowadays, not so much.

  They were great , I went in to see about a personal loan and found out about the savings account thing that rounds up my debit card and saves money for me then they said they could save me money on my car loan by switching to them and they did save me money. You guys are great

  Everything at Pfcu is difficult. Do not recommend. Can't wait for my loan to be paid off so I never have to do bussiness here again.

  Ashton is the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. She works diligently to help get you what you need. I absolutely love Portland Federal Credit Union. Even though I moved and the closest branch is like 45 minutes from me now, I won’t ever leave!

  I have to change my review down to two stars. I just really don't like this place any more. The policies constantly changing, I'm just fed up with them. However, I learned the quirks and they're real close, friendly tellers! So, I stay.

  Fraud protection is overactive and not staffed 24 hours a day. Spend $25 at Meijer gas station in the next county? No. It's fraud. Buy 100-200 dollars from WalMart online Black Friday? No. Fraud. And so on... I've never flagged the account, never overdrawn. Each time, it freezes all my spending, and I end up stuck, after 5 p.m. or on the weekend. I don't just use my money 9-5 M thru F. I now carry extra cash or cards because of their "fraud detection" and am looking elsewhere to bank! If they get with the times and would text or call before cashblocking me, I'd stay, even with their crazy overactive department.
