  Ive been with PFCU long before they were PFCU. They always answer my calls with a helpful tone and willingness to assist. Ive yet to have a bad experience with them. I recently contacted a loan agent and Dawn went above and beyond helping me. She was not only super nice and funny, but she also took the time to explain to me what I didn't understand and answer any questions without hesitation. Even though I live in PA now, I'm still going to stick with PFCU in Corunna/Durand/Flint MI as my credit union because of the amazing customer support and low interest deals.

  Make sure that they don’t rip you off when you make deposits. I deposited 8000 and they gave me a receipt for my 8000 after counting it twice in front of me, the first time they tried saying there was only 7720 and I told them to count it again. and after counting it again admitting that there was 8000 and stated they made a mistake the first time counting it to later withdrawing 100 from my account and now they are saying a third person counted it and I only deposited 7900. Be ware I will be contacting the proper authorities.
