  Peter will not disappoint! He worked day and night to get us approved and with diligence. His communication throughout the process made things easier and even when obstacles popped up he always had a plan to manage to wiggle us through! The knowledge he brings to the table is astonishing! Every question i had got answered and explained until i fully understood what was going on in that moment.   Very polite and respectful. I went to high school with Peter and was always a good person willing to help. Years later, we reconnect and he refinanced my home. Even though Peter does not live in my area he was quick and responsive with the process. He would ask for necessary documents, I’d submit and the next day he had taken proper steps to get to the next point. It was a smooth transaction. I refer and recommend all my friends and family to him.
