  Like many other families right now I was looking to refinance my home. I was referred to Ronnie at People's Home Equity by a friend and I am glad that's where I landed! I had several questions and concerns that were all addressed in an honest and professional manner. I received a great rate on my refinance with low closing costs. Ronnie made himself available to me multiple times throughout the process in case there was anything I needed. I was even able to do the closing at my own home! I was worried that the mortgage process would be strenuous, however that was not my experience at all. The process was so easy that it should not hold anyone back looking to refinance. Peoples Home Equity definitely earned 5 stars from me. I enjoyed working with Ronnie throughout the process and I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new mortgage or refinance.

  We've used Ronnie Wilson twice now and each time has been excellent. He takes the time to explain the process and really works to keep his clients up to date. Ronnie is very efficient and was able to close both of our loans faster than expected. We will for sure do business again with him in the future.

  My wife and I finally found a house back in December. So I called up Ronnie Wilson. That was the best decision we could’ve made. At first we tried our local credit union, but they were very slow to respond and they gave us a very little options. I made a call to Ronnie and he got the train moving quickly. We talked just about everyday and was always available to answer any questions we had. He even set us up with an excellent insurance agent, termite inspector, and a septic tank guy that were all very reasonable in price. All I can say about Ronnie is he’s very honest, hard working, and he keeps the process moving in a very timely manner. After you get him the paperwork he needs, he does the rest. Thanks again Ronnie for making it easy to get our house and bless you and your family!

  Ronnie at Peoples Home Equity was great to work with! He clearly explained the mortgage process and set our expectations from a timing perspective. We had a couple issues pop up and Ronnie was able to provide guidance and wisdom to help us successfully navigate through them.   Ronnie at Peoples Home Equity did an outstanding job! He was very professional and made certain my wife and I were well informed during the whole process. We had a glitch with the new home we were purchasing (the builders had to extend our closing date by a week) and Ronnie changed our closing date to accommodate us without any glitches at all!   We first met with Ronnie in October/November 2014, to discuss what type of documentation he would need, so that we could be prepared to make an offer when we found a home to purchase (thinking sometime in the next year or two...). At that initial meeting with Ronnie, we had no idea we would find our new home, get our offer accepted, and close on the new home by January 31, 2015. Ronnie stayed on top of every necessary detail throughout the entire process, and it was especially nice that we could handle many things via email or phone calls. He was professional, efficient, and relaxed throughout the process--even though it was such an accelerated process in our case.   We used People's Home Equity to buy our second home. Ronnie was such an amazing person to deal with. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and patient. Purchasing a home should be one of the most exciting times of your life but it can also get very stressful. The paperwork is confusing and overwhelming.   Ronnie was great to work with. I used him for my original home purchase in 2015 and my recent re-finance. The process was easy and quick and I received a great rate both times. He's quick to respond to inquiries and the re-finance process was less than three weeks from first email to closing. I highly recommend him for home purchase and re-fi needs.

  Buying a house is an overwhelming experience. From the first inquiry e-mail that my husband and I sent to Ronnie, we knew we were in good hands. For every question we asked, he had a knowledgeable and prompt answer. He was even in contact with us while on his vacation! His experience in the field allowed for the process to move quickly. He anticipated documents and information that the underwriters would need so there were no surprises. Customer service is important to us and Ronnie went above and beyond on all accounts. We knew that he had our best interests in mind at all times. You can’t go wrong with that!
