  From the very first phone call to Bil McDonald I was very comfortable that any transaction we decided to undertake would go well. All transactions were handled online and we were given very good instructions to complete all forms and supply needed documents.   Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't familiar with the process and it seemed to be overwhelming towards the end when we advanced to the manual underwriting process. It seemed to be a back and forth battle in which it finally came to an end. With everything I've learned through this experience I look forward to our future endeavors with this lender, because we should be more equipped with the knowledge of how the process works!
