Customer service is bad and the banking rules are absurd. Tried to deposit some change that I have been saving the past year, $550.00 worth, had it rolled and ready to go. Went to make a deposit and was informed they don't take change deposits. So what should I do, throw it in a wishing well? The most absurd thing I've seen in awhile, a bank that doesn't accept cash as a deposit. Take your business elsewhere

They don't open savings accounts after 11:30. I did arrive at 11:31 and stood in line for 3 Mon. My bad I guess. First federal now Wesbanco is happy to do so for me at 11:39. Guess I will move my money out!
