  When I thought I would have to wait 2 years after my bankruptcy, I reached out to People’s Bank. I spoke to Patrick Hourguettes and he helped me. Within 2 months I closed on my new home. He was professional, caring and always available to answer all my questions. And I had a lot!!!! I highly recommend People’s Bank. I also would like the whole team involved in my process.

  I had a very good experience with Peoples Bank during our recent refinance. I spoke with Mike Farrell and he was very prompt with responses to my questions and concerns. The first mortgage loan he set us up with was not what we wanted and he and his manager made different arrangements to fit our needs. I didn't find any BS fees and the closing took place at Hot Dog Charlies so my husband didn't need to take time off from work.

  We have now closed two mortgages through Daniel Messier and his team at Peoples Bank Mortgage. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful this organization is to work with. You can count on them to get you through what can be one of the most stressful times in your life. We had to sell and purchase another home at the same time. Daniel Messier, Ann Shafer and their team made it happen for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  Ivan and I cannot express the gratitude we have for Dana & Brittany when it came to refinancing our home. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They both explained the process in great detail and continually followed up to give us updates on where we at in the process, what was needed on, scheduling the home inspection, scheduling the closing, etc. I can honestly say that because everything went so effortlessly, I was beginning to question if this was real or not.   This is the 2nd time I have used People Bank. Last year they were fabulous at getting my new house financed while in a Bankruptcy and this year out of bankruptcy I was able to lower my interest rate by over 1% and take out money for repairs. I have dealt with Dara Ferrell and Ann Shafer during both transactions and lets say they communicate well and answer all questions I have. I will be back in 2 years if interest rates go down again and finance into a conventional loan. No hesitation they are hands down miracle workers.
