  It’s very disheartening an discouraging how they do there loan process. For a local bank you’d think they’d want to help start a local business for someone that has lost his job an career due to a medical issue. Would not recommend them to try an get a Small business loan or any loan for that matter!

  Banking with Peoples has been a really awesome experience! We were with another local bank a year ago, but just didn’t have the same connection with them. At Peoples, everyone knows your name when you walk in and their services including the website and mobile app are super clutch. Highly recommend!

  I was looking for a local bank to meet the needs of my small business and I found People’s Bank to fit my needs the best. Charles is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bank.

  My husband and I opened a joint account here almost a year ago. I feel like I have been incredibly patient, and that patience is wearing thin. Anytime I need help with the account I am told my husband has to get involved. To date I have not been issued a debit card (and was not offered one before today, when I mentioned how ridiculous that was), was told I am not authorized to set up online banking, and today I have been told that I am not authorized to reset the password without getting my husband to do it. However, my husband is always told that yes, I have the exact same accessibility that he does. Obviously I don't, and after speaking with him we have decided to go somewhere else.

  Loan officer gave me an attitude about saving cash at home. Told me in a snooty tone, "That's what banks are for." Would not recommend this location to anyone.
