  If you can ever get ahold of someone that’s great. Only have two stars because the people are nice there, BUT they hardly answer the phones, my husband still hasn’t got his updated card. Payment times are terrible. They need to seriously update some things.

  can never actually get ahold of someone to talk to, always drags you through a long menu of options regardless of if you’re calling the bank or the help center and will keep you on hold forever

  When this bank was premier it was great, I deposited my check every 2 weeks and I could use it instantly, first day I deposit a check as it being people bank now, I deposited and I still can't use it 10 hours later. Do not recommend

  I hate this bank! Worse bank I’ve ever had rude people working there never answer the phone at any location. Zero stars

  People's bank is too small to be of any help. Only the managers can sign for large withdrawals and they are seldom available.
