  Very slow service and no courtesy. Every time they are just busy talking with each other and acting like they are very busy. Kennedy road branch is the best with services and friendly people there but this location is worst.

  They take forever do something simple. Very unprofessional and rude same time. Probably wont go there again.

  This bank is absolutely TERRIBLE they promised that money would be deposited at a certain time and for money to be put in a drop box for them never to do it ...I call and they were soooooRUDE ....SLOW ...I’ve been with people’s bank for a few YEARS and have been to MULTIPLE Peoples Bank and never were they as rude slow as this one ...I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING Corporate...

  Great bank (customer since the 1970's) but the privacy at the ATM IS AWFUL!!! I have complained many times with no results. In fact the bank has under gone renovations several times and each time the privacy at the ATM gets worse!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

  The associates spend too much time talking with each other while customers are waiting in line! One of the worst bank to go especially if you’re running against time.
