  After trying to get through three timed with no one answering I finally got through to someone. I put a check in the night drop in the morning. It wasn’t posted. I got a snarky gal who Basically counseled me to bring it in next time!!!! Wow. Can’t anyone do Their job correctly?

  Great staff, very helpful, and great customer service. But customer volume is far too high after consolidating the tri-city and Stop & Shop branches. Also, the hours are shorter now, which is compressing foot traffic volume per hour. Not sure I've seen a line out the door at a bank before.

  Since moving from the closed Tri City Plaza branch (which was outstanding) this location appears to be constantly understaffed for the business it does and as a result provides painfully slow service.
