      I tried going to the Avon branch this past Saturday. The bank told me that they were not letting customers in except for appointments. Why keep the doors open? A lot of times, the only day people could come in is Saturdays. I was in bank with an older gentleman and the lady was very rude. This bank is beyond horrible. I plan on switching to a personal and friendly bank that actually cares about customers. A few people I know are so fed up with this bank they closed their accounts. Beware of this bank and it’s scams and high fees.

      So I went to the Avon branch this morning to do an ATM deposit and had a hard time do so * something told me I should have went to the branch close to my job after i made the check deposit i trie to take out 40$ and got everything besides my cash I called the 800 number and was told that i Had to wait 3-10 business days for my money then i Just looked in my account and notice that 36.96 was taken out my account and called and had to cancel my debit card I really Hate this bank and cant wait to close this account
