The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She continuously interrupted me and said there was nothing she could do about it and did not even attempt to help me. There no other people waiting at the time yet she did not even look at the documents that I had given her, which was very unprofessional. She said they don't often have such cases. Well it is part of your professional responsibility to learn throughout your career, since there may be others in the future. The employee that I went to previously was much more helpful and knowledgable. I will not be banking with them in the future.
