  Like most people, my search for a mortgage began at major banks and credit institutions. I did not feel like my business was valued and felt like a bother when I called with questions...enter Lighthouse Mortgage and Jeff Segal. Jeff takes customer service to a new level and makes you feel like you're his only customer, no matter how busy he is. There were days I had to call him upwards of 5 times with questions and send emails well past normal business hours and he was always there to help and answer everything immediately. Jeff made this extremely stressful process that much easier for me by handling everything from start to finish and closing my home purchase flawlessly. Thank you to Lighthouse Mortgage and Jeff Segal for doing a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

  Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, keeps track of the rates for the the Treasury to get you the best rate possible. He can be reached anytime, even on weekend to answer any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honesty, trustworthy mortgage broker. I will definitely use Jeff/Lighthouse Mortgage again for refinancing!   Jeff Segal was the most helpful person in the whole process of buying our home! My wife and I were new to this and any time we had a question about anything, we went to Jeff. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. Jeff went above and beyond to get whatever needed to be done, even if that meant after normal business hours or on the weekend. Jeff explained every single aspect to us to make sure we understood everything that was going on, even the parts that didn’t have to do with the mortgage. There was a situation that happened where if we didn’t close by the next day, we were in danger of losing our rate and it was going to cost us a lot of money, due to other complications with the town, etc. Jeff was the one to catch this, and then expedited the entire process to make sure we got it done by the deadline! We are very grateful of Jeff and all the hard work he put in for us! It’s safe to say that he will be our go to guy when we are involved in purchasing any future homes! If you are looking for somebody who is personal, easy going, but also knows the ins and outs of buying a house, Jeff is your man!!

  Refinancing a mortgage can be very stressful and unnerving, especially if you don’t know the “ins-and-outs” of the world of mortgages, the language / lingo that is used can leave a person dumbfounded and overwhelmed, so I knew that I would have to take the time to find the right company that would hold my hand through the process. I did do my own research, checked the BBB, read reviews of companies, but I still had additional questions, so the last step in picking a company would be to speak to representatives of my chosen companies and see the type of customer service they provided- that’s the personal link that really matters. Lighthouse mortgage was the 6th company that I contacted to ask questions and get a feel for their professionalism, to see how upfront and knowledgeable they are, and to see if they were willing to answer my barrage of typical questions - only to see if they would be annoyed with answering the same repetitive questions “ I’m sure they get asked all of the time.”. I spoke with Jeff and once our initial conversation was done, I knew that I would be using Lighthouse mortgage corp. to assist me with refinancing my home loan. Through out the loan process Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and in the end honorable.
