They use to be very helpful BUT have changed so much since the pandemic happened. Had an account with them with direct deposit. but since the pandemic has continued and I have not been working because of health problems i an not getting a check SO NOW THEY CHARGE $10 A MONTH spoke to the branch and cust svc they removed 1 fee the other would keep adding up. I cant believe that during this difficult time (COVID-19) they have put the almighty DOLLAR in front of there loyal customers.

Had an account here. They charged me money for no reason when I had a zero balance just so they could charge me an overdraft fee then basically told me to go f myself. I closed my account after that. And "Cathy" or whatever her name was couldn't care less. Never, ever again.
