Tom Goodwin1Customer service pretty bad. Went there to refinance a 2 week old new vehicle with all paper work and original window sticker. Asked for 60 percent of truck value just what I had financed and they told me truck wasn't worth loan value. What? Called Navy Federal had it done on phone in 10 minutes they overnighted me paperwork and I got a better interest rate too. I transferred my savings accounts (5 figures) to NFCU next day. I felt discriminated against. Their interest rates are a joke Never use them again .

Heather Marie1I am not all surprised with the 2.7 rating. Nothing but headaches from the beginning. We send our car payment in early and receive 10 days past due notices of $2. These people are a joke. There’s so much more I could tell you, but I’m so tired of it. Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else at all costs!!

Eric W1If you're looking for a loan, go anywhere else but here. I made the mistake of taking out a car loan with People First, and for the first two years of the lien they hounded me for a title from the DMV that wasn't my responsibility to send them (I didn't even have it). They tried to force me to do their job for them, instead of contacting the DMV directly. Finally, after paying off my loan last month, they put my title in the mail without any tracking information and it was lost. When I asked about it I was told, "Connie saw Thanh mail out the paper title on the 28th. If the member doesn’t have it then he needs to check with the post office or order a duplicate title. It is out of our hands, we did what we should have done." Let me get this straight -- in 2016 you don't use a tracking number when you mail a car title?! One employee watching the other put it in the mail, and all of a sudden your job is done? Now I have to go to the DMV and spend my time and money to replace a title due to their incompetence. I would've rather paid an extra thousand dollars in interest to another bank to not have dealt with any of their horrible customer service reps. Avoid Jodie Zeigenfuss. Avoid Holly Lemos. DO NOT BANK WITH PEOPLE FIRST. The icing on the cake? I've been trying to contact Jodie since Wednesday. Five phone calls and two emails. No response. Worst customer service experience of my life. Do not give them another penny of your business. I wish I could give them zero stars.

sarah toomey1Rude tellers. One time offices were closed because employees were on strike. Locked me out of the app and didn’t tell me it was because they “updated it” and everyone had to re-register. Wouldn’t let me make an electronic payment to my credit card. Honestly I have only had bad experience with this bank. Stay away.

Diana Burgos Hernández1I submit an application for a loan, and they said I was going to have an answer right away, she told me a need to wait until monday. I waited and finally called me to say I was approved, and she was going to call me back in a few, she never did!. Finally yesterday I called back to find out they were reviewing my application, after she said yes and gave me even the amount. She never called me back, and finally called me today to say that I was denied. What type of place is this? You say one thing and just change your mind?. Also she had the worst attitud ever! Not customer service at all!!. Never go there!

Andy Torres2Their rates are prety good, customer service not so much and their website and mobile app are complete trash, I'm a tech savvy person but I can't figure out how to make my car payments using my bank of america account, I called customer service and all they told me to do was to use "bill pay" from bank of america, I tried doing that but it does not work I absolutely hate going to the bank but looks like I have no choise. Unless they make it easier to make payments online from other banks I'll not do business with them in the future, not everyone has time to go to the bank.
Response from the ownerAndy at this time we cannot debit an account at a bank. I’m not sure what BOA’s abilities are to send a payment to someone else. It is very easy to transfer a payment from a People First account using either the app or on the website.
