      We used their services in the past. I thought they might've improved 👎.The dispatcher was unprofessional and rude. We called at 7:25 and was told a driver would come in 15 min. I called back at 7:45 to be told the driver was 5 minutes away. The driver did not come until 8 AM. He made us late for our appointment. The driver did NOT KNOW where he was going and had difficulty understanding English. Never again will I use their service! Uber is a BETTER way to go.

      I called once someone answered and was screaming hello with an attitude I said hello how much is ur taxi and he kept saying hello acting as if he couldn't hear me. I kept calling back they would answer and put me straight to hold each time. Horrible
