  PenTrust Mortgage and Kyle Fisk and his team just helped us secure a loan and close on a house. It can be quite the stressful process, but I always knew that I could email, text or call them with questions and they were so responsive. Emma from the Fisk Team is amazing! She was always willing to answer my questions any day or time, and we had a couple times where we put in offers on a house late at night and she was responsive to help provide updated letters. I highly recommend the PenTrust Mortgage Group and Kyle Fisk's team!

  Kyle Fisk was unbelievable in how quick he was able to deliver on closing for our first ever home. We were able to save so much money with a much better rate. Would definitely recommend Pentrust Mortgage to anyone trying to purchase a house in the Colorado area. 5/5

  Like the other reviews mention, Kyle is a top notch communicator and stayed ahead of the curve when milestones during the home buying process arose. There were multiple delays and small issues which came up during our new build process, and Kyle was always on top of it; reworking paperwork, sending out new disclosures, and reassuring us about our numbers staying solid. There was a point where we were choosing between Rocket Mortgage and Pentrust to service our loan process. Despite Rocket quoting us marginally better numbers, we went with Pentrust because they are local and it absolutely paid off for us. The ability to reach out directly to Kyle and receive a confident, informed response within hours was a great comfort.

  Kyle and his team did an awesome job! Even though they were only given a 3 week notice for closing, they got the job done perfectly and ensured we were taken care of! Everybody we dealt with at PenTrust was willing to help with any questions, were very professional, but also very down to earth and not just there to make a pay check like some other lenders I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Kyle and PenTrust for anybody seeking a lender. If or when I go to buy again, Kyle will be the first person I contact. Thank you for everything and getting us into our new home!
