  Absolutely great! I closed my loan in the time frame I was told we were going to do this. Everybody was Polite, Prompt, & Professional... There are so many lenders out there... But for all you U.S. Military Veterans.... I say give them a try! I'm an USAF Military Veteran and they helped me get into my home. When it comes down to it... Would I recommend Penny Mac? .... Without a doubt! Thanks Penny Mac!

  Customer Service and process was very efficient. The patience of Levi V. coupled with streamlined PennyMac refinance process was pleasant and appreciated by my wife and I. Their incorporation of technology and blend of prompt and timely human and virtual support sealed the deal!

  I couldn't ask for a better service! I'm a veteran and PennyMac took care of me until the last second of my loan. The loan service department was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Great job guys!

  I've been a customer of PennyMac for about 3-4 years now. After changing my homeowners insurance in September 2019, PennyMac double charged my escrow account for $1019. The first payment should have gone out to my new insurance company and it did. But, the second random charge never actually left PennyMac's organization and here I am spending countless hours tying to resolve this so I can get my money back. The money never left the company, it simply disappeared into PennyMac limbo. I'm very disappointed with the company right now. PennyMac, if you're reading this, please feel free to contact me. You have my information.

  They don't pick up calls nor return phone calls. I have several friends that are using their loan. Thinking it would be a good company to deal with, I gave it a try. I rather use a local bank instead of dealing with them. Made a mistake by dealing with them for a couple of months.

  This was our first refinance with the PM team and the whole process was quick, seamless and simple. The team contacted me regularly to inform me where we were in the process and let me know what they needed from me. I won't be looking elsewhere for refinance in the future.

  My experience was ok, just ok. This is mainly because I was able to get the loan completed but it took way to long. My advice to anyone using them or plan to use them is be proactive. Don't think they will take care of everything.

  My initial mortgage consultant was fantastic, Peter Harris. After that, too much nonsense. Inconsistencies with the process, several requests for the same documents, poor knowledge of key components, and a general scatter brain feeling. Will not use again in the future!
