  Been a client for several years now. Originally Penny Hanley Howley saved me about $1000 from the GIECO policy I had several years ago while increasing my coverage. Ever since I made the change Bob and/or Alena have shopped my rates just before renewal and kept my rates low. All without me having to call and ask or follow up with them. Can not say enough about the customer service.
