      Never use this place if you can't walk in. I refinanced my auto loan with these people and nobody thought to mention anything about needing a new GAP policy. You can't even create an account to view your balance online. Nobody in customer care can help you, and nobody who can help you is ever available. Now I owe them 4000 dollars and had no idea this was coming. They were able to refinance my new auto loan to include the remainder of the old loan, including GAP and unemployment insurance, all for a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. Sorry it took so long to update!
