  Really tried to give these guys a chance but they failed me so many times that I will be closing my account with them. Tried to refinance my auto loan through them and it was a complete nightmare. I got approved over the phone and had everything setup to come in and sign the paperwork all to be told my loan was declined. Then a representative tried to fix the issue on why it happened and completely messed up my loan in general while waiting for over an hour just to fix their misrakebm. I will be going back tomorrow with the checks to give them back to bank and will be closing my account. No one should have to go through this headache.

  PenFed customer services is right on target. PenFed Credit Union has the most aggressive interest rates in personal and auto loans, and quick to give you an answer on your loan qualification.

  Please be amazed by the customer service that is given at PenFed in Copperas Cove,Texas! Cobie is a Diamond, she is knowledgeable, personable, and expresses her love for what she does with every interaction! So proud to be part of a Credit Union that keeps there people happy and in turn provides me 5 star service! Thank you Cobie and PenFed!

  I applied to PenFed for an auto loan. PenFed had very competative rates and the representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous. The process was very fast and very easy.

  This merger is a pain, you closed all the local offices till Monday so we can't cash a check for more then what debit card will allow because no one will do it but you an your closed, so i have no access to my money for the amount needed till Monday, the worst business at customer service in banking. We stopped doing business with pen fed 3yrs ago an now you are merging with them just another worthless customer service business to deal with, so on Monday we will start a new account with a new credit union and do away with 2 very worthless credit unions, people will leave an the sad part is big business don't care so why do businesses with them people stop using these places an show them we do matter an not giving us complete access to money or service to what is needed shows you don't care. Hopefully people will see this merger will only get worse customer service an fees.

  I've been with penfed for awhile my daughter was on my account someone hacked in deposited a bad check of course they made it sound like she had somebody do that didn't like there attitude now I can't get a debit card so I'll be moving my account also

  Never had a problem, they’re always nice and courteous, fast and easy to withdraw your money, No complains, I wish they’re open on Saturdays, but that’s ok.
