  I was nervous about switching to a new bank for my business. Shawna is awesome! Those ladies ALWAYS give me great service, continually look for my best interest as a customer and I’m always greeted with a smile. I wish that I had come to Extraco a lot sooner than I did! Top notch! Thanks, y’all!

  I used extra Banks in Copperas Cove Texas. I usually do business with Shawna and she is the most professional polite and sweet bank teller I have ever experienced and my 50 years. If Extraco was smart they would clone her and put her in all of their Banks

  I’ve been with ExtraCo banks for about 37 years. I have no complaints about then. They helped me out when my husband died and showed me how to set up the banking on- line and adding my son to my account. I’m in a nursing home and things got real hard getting to the banks during the Covid. When they saw me in my wheelchair they would let me in and help me. Thank you, ExtraCo for everything.   Opened an account almost completely electronically. I was able to sign all the documents at my own time at home and when I went in to finalize they had my cards ready and it only took a couple if minutes. The whole process was convenient and easy.

  Our experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond what we ever imagined. They were so pleasant while helping us out of a difficult situation. I would never bank anywhere else. We rated them with 5 stars but if we could we would have rated them a 10.
