  The application process was not timely, which made my Fico scores take a crucial hit,an on top of that, didn't get approved,after pre- approval,an conditional approval!!! WOW!

  I have been a PFCU member for almost 35 years and they have always provided the best loan options and rates. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they provide support throughout the process.

  Would prefer to leave 0 stars. Pen Fed’s customer service has severely deteriorated in recent years. Obtained a first mortgage 5/29. Have made more than sufficient payments to satisfy the first payment due date of 7/1. System apparently is archaic and unable to receive bi-weekly payments. Called 7/6 after a lengthy hold was told would be resolved in 5 business days. No response. Called again 7/15 - 45 mins on hold this time. Apologized and told would try to resolve in 24 hours. Received email this morning from collections department due to my loan being late. I refuse to let this pass the 30 day mark and be reported to credit bureaus as I have zero confidence in the financial institution at this point. I am on hold again this morning. Currently on hold for 55 minutes and waiting. Do yourself a favor and find a financial institution that actually cares about its members. This one surely does not.

  Great service!! I would come here again, and I see the friendly staff again! They have some random rush hour moments but the staff handles it quickly.

  Really perturbed about submitting a check via the mobile app and it has been 7 days and counting and it is still not available. Shame on you PF.

  Hi Shelton, when you use Mobile Deposit, there are some cases where all or a portion of your money could be available right away or within 2 business days depending on the size of the check, type of account, status of account, and your transaction or experience history with us. In some cases checks may be held longer, in which case we will let you know at the time of the deposit. We're sorry if this caused an inconvenience for you.
