Jeff Young1It amazes me that this bank is negotiating car deals on behalf of its members. I just bought a new home and was pre-approved by my bank. Once I found a home I wanted the lender was more than happy to raise my loan amount by less than 1% of my approval. They did not call my seller and tell them “we need you to cut your price so the deal is structured according to our strict bank guidelines! If you don’t, we are going to find our client another home!” As a car salesperson I invest a lot of time demonstrating the product and explaining the advantages of a manufacturer certified vehicle vs buying a similar non-certified vehicle at what appears to be a lower price, from salespeople who know little about the car, charge extra for extended warranties, maintenance, roadside assistance, and zero tech support after the sale. Steering your members to buy a car on price alone is doing them a disservice. For the record the manufacturers certification adds approximately $2500 in added value for the purchaser. Perhaps your bank is selling extended warranties? Why don’t you just sell cars directly and bypass the dealer all together? #thanksforwastingmytimeover$200!

Katrina Pelrean3Since the merge with your company things have not been right. I've been trying to get the correct spelling of my group name and it's still incorrect. It's been since August 2, 2020 with this matter. I drove to Prairieville, La on September 2, 2020 spoke with your employee Allison about this matter. She informed me that she would get this matter taken care of and email me the information to make sure its correct. I have not heard anything from her. James Reed1I have been calling the loan department for two weeks they pull my credit and I send them all the information that they ask for and I haven’t heard back from them yet really bad service. I can’t even get a phone call back are talk to the lady that’s been handling me application not good service
