      Do not use this bank. Errors with their email system caused false credit reporting on my account. Employees will not acknowledge mistake. Resulting in our(wife and I) credit score drop more than 100+ points. After speaking with account manager(Ed) to inform him of issue he denies everything even though I have the emails to prove my case. Just don’t use this bank. Terrible business practices

      If i could write a review without giving a star I would cause they don't deserve any star. This is the worst bank ever. They'll let you open a savings but deny you a checking it seems like they only want the chance to use your money while your stuck having to visit the branch every time you need money. I've never heard of a bank that doesn't offer quarters unless your a member, put it this way if your not a member expect no help from them. Last but not least the customer service here is the worst, the ladies in here look like they hate life and they have the attitude to match. Maybe that's why the bank sucks cause the people here suck. I promise if you visit Phfcu waianae France you'll see what I'm talking about, no one smiles and they all look dead...
