  HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC the attention of the cashier (Latin girl), very unpleasant, I usually collect money orders through Western Union, they always make problems to pay. Today was the limit, I received 2 money orders and the very unfriendly cashier told me that they could only pay one per day. LIE! On top of that, she yells nonsense at me. The cashier next door paid me with no problem! These kind of employees are the ones that destroy any business. I hope they hire people who really have empathy and desire to work. i never come back

  The people that work at this place is not professional they play games all day. The line is long and they only have 1 person working I don't care that there is 3 people behind the counter they don't make there customers where masks u can walk in bare face they never have connections with any banks or the ppl u work for always have to wait to get your money but if u go to another one u have no problems need to close this place asap or get people that know there job and want to work

  People working at this place look like as if they hated to be there, only one or two clerck and way so slow. one day, the clerck (young african american) did not know how to cash my check and waisted a lot of time and at the end I had to go to the bank instead. A heavy lady is always very rude and rush you and looks always very upset (Spanish lady) I'm saying people's probably their origins because I don't know their names but usually they are always the same people.

  Lady was super slow and I waited 20 minutes to cash my check! Missed two buses! They need to hire more employees or faster ones

  Terrible customer service - reported Saula to their consumer department. No consideration for their customers and no prioritization of needs of people who are willing to pay for these services. Never going there again or referring any business to them.

  Went here yesterday to use their Bitcoin Atm and machine was disappointed cause it was down. And the guy there said he was unsure if it will ever get fixed. Really needed to use that machine.
