  Very busy location but terrible service . Employees have attitude , probably work stress is the reason. The plca looks nice from outside but inside it's not so clean . Wheelchair access available. Higher management needs to pay special attention to customer service train of employees.

  The Caucasian attendant I saw today at this location is very Racist and need to leave this location. I wouldn't advise no one to ever use this payomatic, I've been going there for years and this is my second encounter with this female and she's not professional. I wish I could put zero stars just for her.

  i am appauled at what went on here ,but I screwed up by not counting my 6.081? given to me all in 20's right on the spot when I live in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Brooklyn.I left the store and drove home counted the money in my car to realize I was shorted from somewhere from 145.00 to 150.I call and Shanaya at the location who tells me to go back so that the teller can check that's shes not over anywhere in these amounts. I go back mysteriously teller 608391 cashed out & was squared away so there is no way she didn't give me the money. I was told by shyanana that they had to pull the camaras and I had to wait till the next day. I call back the next day speak to tamara who tell me the camaras show I got all the money. Some one is lying someone stoled from me.I am no longer interested in the money its the integrity that they lack that upsets me. Tamara told me I had told the tellers 3 different amounts 145./160 and today I said one 150.Per our conversation she said I wrote the amount on paper. I had never filled anything out so I am not sure where these amounts came from. The young lady was rude over the phone she automatically accused me of stealing I am the customer you shouldn't speak to me that way. I will never cash here again. I did not get my money if your agents both questioned a different times as she said on the recorded line provided you with different #'s something is wrong here. She put that money in her pocket and I don't know if a police report is allowed. In this secenerio but she stoled from me and you the company. Something told me the teller who took care of me wasn't sure of what she was doing she counted the money so many times and she only gave me 25 cents and i thought to myself she could keep the penny the last time thing i thought was that she would steal from me. I too work for ENT AND ALLERGY ASSOCIATES A LARGE CORPORATION AND TO TREAT MY PATIENTS THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY TAMARA WAS APPAULING. The customer service was demeaning. I had told the tellers 3 different amounts 145./160 and today I said one 150.Per our conversation I wrote the amount on paper. I had never filled anything out so I am not sure where these amounts came from. The young lady was rude over the phone she automatically accused me of stealing I am the customer you shouldn't speak to me that way. I will never cash here again.

  terrible service, horrible attitude & they do not try to help elderly. Attendant had such a bad attitude displaying my information to each employee and was displaying and speaking loudly about my information. Didn't try to help just was trying to get people out of the way. Don't trust this place with your money.

  This location is very and some of the staff are not welcoming at all ,but on the other hand the rest of staff is welcoming

  The cashier stole money from my check I didn't count it before leaving I try to trust people now I was robbed she will pay I never forget a face
