  I had two vehicles I needed to sell but couldn't find the title for one of them. Billy helped me through the process of what I needed to do to get a duplicate title. One of the vehicles was a motorcycle I can't operate so his team helped with coming to my house to pick it up. It ended up needing a new battery which they took care of getting and replacing. Everyone is so nice and so helpful and feels like family, not just a business 😊

  We purchased our vehicle here cash just a few days ago. We’re happy with the vehicle. Unfortunately the customer service here is mediocre at very best. The first gentlemen and the lot maintenance man were very pleasant and kind. Once we were handed off to Billy Payne to wrap up the sale is when it went downhill. He is extremely rude. After finally agreeing on price Alysa took care of the papers for titling and tag work. She had an attitude the entire time. Rolling her eyes left and right when we spoke to her. I am in the car business myself and I know first hand that purchasing a vehicle wether it be new or heavily used you are to be treated with respect and with quality customer care. I did not appreciate the way we were treated as if our money wasn’t good enough for Billy and his team. Maybe it was being openly gay and experienced in the industry that made him treat me this way. Regardless it was unnecessary and for that reason I do not recommend this dealership. Thank you.

  My sons truck had broken down so I needed to hurry up and find him another truck. Drove down SR 50 dealership after dealership Nothing!! . Till I ran into Billy. He was one of the friendliest honest upfront car dealers I’ve ever met. I was able to purchase a vehicle on the spot. I don’t even have to go to the DMV they take care of all the title Paper work. I can’t think Billy enough. The next vehicle we need we will definitely go see Billy.

  Billy helped me get a vehicle when my wife was in an accident. We could not afford getting into another big loan, so he walked us through the process; the car was cleaned up and made showroom ready for us. If we had any issues, I was able to speak with Billy or one of his staff people and they quickly remedied the situation with the car. Definitely recommend.

  . I have known Billy for 20 years and have bought several Cars from him . The husband has a 2006 Ford Taurus SEL and loves it. I have brought 2012 Lexus and have enjoyed it immensely. Billy is. professional in many ways, He has always been top notch in his professional career. I even sent many friends and my Pastor Friends as well to him. He always gets the job done.   Recently I was in an automotive accident and the insurance company labeled my vehicle a total loss I needed a vehicle to get back-and-forth to work and decided to buy a car cash with the money from the insurance company payout . I spent the better part of four days looking on the Internet for used vehicles and finally decided to take a drive on SR 50. Several stops later We came upon Payne Automotive Group. After looking at the vehicles on the lot we made a decision on one vehicle in particular and were quoted a price by Wayne the next day we called Mr. Payne and were excited to go back and test drive the vehicle. We decided on a price and closed the deal on the spot the staff was extremely genuine, friendly, and efficient. We have teenage daughters and look forward to going back and purchasing a vehicle or two from Mr. Payne and his team.
