  The people here are amazing, and willing to work with you when it comes to making payments, selecting the date and giving you options. Life happens and getting a sense of control is what make you trust a location. I've open my title loan twice and they don't charge a ridiculous fee like other title loans to get your stuff back. Good luck.

  I've gotten a title loan with them before and never had any problems with them when it came to paying off my title loans. I was a loyal customer with them, but not anymore. Lack of communication and misleading. The lady that I spoke with today irritated me i know it's not her fault. I went in Wednesday requiring about my payoff. I was told that a payment was already posted for Thursday. I said okay that fine I would be back in Thursday or Friday to pay off my loan, the lady that I had spoken to at that time said that was okay, not once was there any communication that I wouldn't be able to pay off my loan once the payment got posted. I go in Today which is Thursday and know I'm being told that I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday in order to pay off my title loan because there waiting for the payment to go through. the payment shows that it has been posted on my side and the money has already been taken out which I have The proof to show that the money was deducted from my account, but she still refusing to let me pay off my account. I am never using there services again.

  I've never had a problem with obtaining or renewing a loan. The payments are reasonable and I feel secure in not having to pay an astronomical amount.

  I was there a few days ago and was completely satisfied with the professionalism and customer service they provide! I was helped by Priscilla and she was very good at going over everything and explaining it thoroughly to make sure I understood everything before walking out, she was super friendly and helpful! I thanked her and her team on my way out and they told me that they were there for any questions or concerns I might have later on, they definitely made my day by being so kind and professional, if every place had someone like Priscilla they would all have 5 star ratings!

  Very uneducated trash for personnel, your spouse's consent is needed before you apply for title loan even if your spouse's name doesn't appear on the title. Payment 1 Loans and my husband worked together to scam me and I'm disabled in a wheelchair...not going to happen.

  Since day 1 I had problems with this location on goliad with the rude manager and 1 staff member. They are picky about your vehicle and dont wanna give you much. I feel like they discriminate against people on fixed incomes. They treat people with nice vehicles and more income better. Well I pay my title loan every month so whats their problem. I have renewed my loan but when I tried to do it again in 6 months the manager was rude saying I need take my award letter again. They should have already had my income verification since the award letter is good all year. The manager lied to give me a hard time. I remember I had given the other lady my new award letter and she had made a copy. They treat the people on fixed incomes poorly. Im just going to pay off my title loan and never go back. If your vehicle is old or you on fixed incomes like ssi I suggest you go elsewhere.

  Thank you for your feedback. We have never discriminated people who are on fixed income, we offer our loans based off your income because we are a responsible lender. The reason we base our loans off of your income is for the sole purpose of you being able to afford the payments, we never want to over lend and put our customers in a financial burden.
