  Well I went in to take a newer receiver came with everything and they only wanted to pay me 20 bucks and the man laughed at me. I'm sorry that was one of the worst pawn shops I have ever been to.

  No hate, just sharing my experience. I went in to have appraised and to sell 5 rings. Two tungsten rings were valued at $5 a piece. A small carat diamond solitaire ring in gold and a small diamond band in gold were valued at a combined $100. A larger carat solitaire ring in gold was valued at $75. A total of $185. I drove 30 minutes to Jewels on Hampton and they offered me $800 and in about half the time I spent at Pawn King.

  I forgot her name (sadly it wasn't on my receipt) but just so you big dogs (higher up's) can give her credit, I pawned an item at 12:17 on today's date 02/04/2021. So don't forget to check who was working that day. She is always very nice and informative about any item you bring in. I personally love this place for the fact when you are having a rough month it is much easier to pawn an item with a low re occurring fee and they always make sure you know when you can buy it out. It makes a lot more sense to do a pawn to get by over a tile loan for cash company. Plus if you think about it sometimes you find something nice in there so they get an extra sale. In my opinion she is one of your best employees.

  They were friendly, and fair. They helped me out when I needed it. They let me play my guitar over one of their guitar amps. Plus behind the masks I could tell they are beautiful people. I will definitely purchase from them. Don't be a dummy. Go to pawn king in Collinsville.

  I absolutely love going to this shop. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with everything that is up for sale. I always call there first before I shop for something that I am looking to purchase. My husband and I have been very loyal customers due to the hard work that everyone put in when trying to find something that we may be wanting to purchase, if you don’t already have it in stock. We have gotten to know everyone by name and all I can say is wow! What a great group of employees. The are not there to just sell but to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We stop in from time to time just to see what new and generally put something in layaway or walk out with a new purchase. I cannot say thank you enough to Kate and the others for always taking such good care of us.... we make sure to send new customers as often as possible. Thank you again you guys are the best and there is never a need to go anywhere else!!
