  Went in too pawn my 1000 dollar Laptop and the heavy set guy in overalls wouldn't even give me an offer . I've been going there for years and never had a problem until the new guy decided he didn't like the way I looked I guess

  Been using this pawn shop for a long time. If you are a repeat customer and you have a good pawn history then they are willing to work with you better. I've had to repawn an item several times but don't I had a good pawn history they helped me a little more. They want their customers to come back but you have to be in a good standing. I think the staff are all friendly but I done business with Matt, Rick, and Jack more than any of the others. They're awesome

  I really have been treated fair here. This place has really grown in the past year . Super friendly staff . Plus there other store is even open on Sundays now that's an automatic five stars for me . Good job guys!!

  They're inconsistent and offer such low prices, it's not even worth the gas to get there. I took a piece of jewlery in for the first time and they offered $75 but I decided not to sell. The second time, they said $25 because the diamonds weren't testing real even though they tested just fine the time before. Low quality service but what do you expect really? Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else. Update: Just sold the same piece of jewlery for $200 at the place by the mall. Take your stuff there.

  Absolutly ridiculous prices. They know the people who come in there are scraping the bottom of the barrel for some money, so they lowball like no ones business. I took $200 worth of tools in there and they offered me $30 for the lot. I took in an $80 sound bar, expecting $20 and they offer me $5. It’s criminal. I went back to see how much they sell the sound bars for and the cheapest one (that was lower quality than mine) was $50!!! They make an insane profit, and hit people with embarrassingly low offers. If you’re smart, walk away and just try to sell it yourself. It may take longer, but it’s worth it.

  First I would like to say how rude this pawn shop especially the manager walked I to the store wanted to sell a game the ps vita game first off the game wasn't even new when I got it the man was acting like the game was so messed up I told him it was dropped just twice but the game was working fine he had an attitude about the game in the first place as if he sold it to me brand new then I made a statement by saying next time I come here ill take a picture so if I have to bring it back I would not have a problem all of a sudden he changes his mind saying I don't want to buy it I asked why he didn't even have a reason all he said was I have the right not to sell to a customer as I said before I wasn't talking or acting out of line I think he was just n his feelings because I said what I said which wasn't wrong as a customer I have the right to take a picture of any team I buy from a store bit he had no right for what he did. I then asked for a member, of course, he was then I asked for a supervisor he said he was the supervisor if it was me I would fire him he doesn't deserve a job where no one told mean and nasty to be a pawnshop worker also they are scammers as well will sell you something to break you but when you want to sell it back they only want to pay you $20 to me I think they should get new people in there to make the business better because they really don't have that many customers and I see why do remove the business and put something there that's worth it. Pawn it sucks don't ever go there go somewhere else these guys are a big ripoff

  Excellant! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Carl assisted us and was very helpful and knowledgable. Prices were fair. Customer service,was excellent Carl Rocks!

  Good pawn shop. Decent used merch with expected prices. No they don't shell out a lot for pawn loans, but they are trying to make a profit right. Always helpful by phone.

  Refued to sell firearms to another FFL ( Federal Firearms License) holder. Employee said its company policy, well it needs to change lost my business entirely.
