  Got a truck loan back in 2019 never received any mail or information about the loan had to call to get the account number and send pmts now paid off loan in 2022 and fighting to get the title never returns call. Going to submit complaint to Better Business Bureau and and contact my lawyer. Will not recommend this Bank

  One hour wait in commercial drive thru because lobby is closed at 4! ONE HOUR WAIT, because my time has no value. Line all the way to Ohio street.

  Very bad service. I call to speak to someone about refinancing a loan I have with them and I am told they can't help me because I'm more than 50 miles away.

  I love First, my best experiences with banking, especially the Terre Haute location at (1 First Financial Plaza). Never any banking issue and the customer service is outstanding. Open a location in Florida please! 😁

  Absolutely terrible company to go through. They don’t work with you even when its there fault. Would never suggest anyone to go through this bank! Terrible customer service.

  My account was hacked and I had to get a new debit card. The woman I spoke to was so kind! I hate being hacked but I learned how the compassion of others can make such a difference in the lives of others. Best wishes to the woman who has "worked at First for a long time" You made my day!

  Best everything banking I’ve ever had. The people that work at North Plaza have always took care of me as well as my family. I’ve moved to Arizona but will always have a account with First because I feel they are Family

  The Staff at the Drive-Thru, is always friendly, thorough, and expedient. Matched only with the same Quality Service from any of the Inside Office Tellers, and Seated Desk ‘Customer Service Representatives’.. Too often, Employees who are on the ‘front lines’ of dealing with Customer Service, are not given the positive reviews they deserve. My sincere compliments to the entire Staff at TH First Financial Bank’s Main Office at 6th & Wabash. Respectfully, Steven T Fehrenbach
