  False Advertising! Website claims they will pawn anything worth value. Not the case! When I walk in with a valuable computer that I already did not want to part with. Hollering from the back of the store "No, No No!" Before i could make it 5 steps into the store with the computer. Couldnt even give an explanation as to why. Rude and unprofessional!

  Can you give me details on your computer? Was it a desktop or a laptop? Make and Model? As far as what has value that’s something that is always changing. Especially with electronics.

  I purchased the smith & wesson Ar-15 model optics ready sport 2 right after the 30 day return/repaired was up I noticed the bolt carrier key was frayed the first time I cleaned the firearm (put prolly 2-3 hundred rounds thru it).

  I don’t know why you left a 1 star review. We do not have a return policy on new firearms. Not sure where you are getting the 30 days from. The manufacturer has a policy that would cover anything wrong with that firearm. For the lifetime of that firearm. As long as you use SAAMI spec ammunition. Upon looking at your ammo that you used. Brown Bear Steel case has the highest rate of failure compared with other ammo. Also not SAAMI spec. Smith and Wesson looked and your firearm and determined there was nothing wrong with it. The gas key while not cosmetically appealing is functional and operates as it should. That’s why they sent it back to you. You probably shouldn’t skimp when it comes to the ammunition you shoot though it. It will “PROLLY” damage your gun in some way.

  $20 bucks for a guitar!?!? I just wanted $50.00 dollars at least... The guitar is going for sale right now on online from $150.00 down to lowest $124.95... No way I’m selling a guitar for $20.00 bucks... I think a fair deal would be at least $70.00 for me and you still make your money... $20.00 what a smack in the face... No, I could sell it a garage sale for $100.00...

  You are going to write a 1 star review because we aren't interested in your guitar. We were not mean we did not insult you. Show me where that no name guitar is being sold for $150 used and in the condition yours is in and I'll give you $20 and you can keep your guitar. If you can sell it that easy for $100 I would definitely do that because I gauentee that no other place will give you $50 for it either. Also it cost me money to get it into a sellable condition. Strings, cleaning and setup. Go a head if it makes you feel better to hurt my business with this review because I didn't want your item. Hopefully some day you'll have a business and people can write undeserving reviews for it. T

  After replying back and taking the actual time to email me I was grateful and plan on making it a point to come to the store! Thanxs again for taking the time to explain! Now if only I'm to able to find me a carpet cleaner and good vucuum thats not gonna cost me an arm & leg!! I just want clean floors! 🙉 -Kristina

  Ive been using pawn bucks as my FFL intermediary for the last two years. They have been more than fair to me. They also have been able to help answer questions about the processes for other Class III things as well. That alone is reason enough for me to come back. Owner and all the workers have been good to me.

  Paid 100.00 deposit to put a hand gun on layaway. No contract or anything, after 30 days they canceled the layaway and refused to give any percent of the deposit back. There was nothing stated that we had to completely pay off the 500.00 within 30 days. We assumed it was a payment deadline. They were very rude and uppity, even after making money for nothing. Ol' Tops is the place to go any day, and there products aren't overpriced either.

  All of our layaway's are 60 or 90 days. The date the balance is due is given on the receipt. I would be glad to explain it to you if you need help. I could not find you in our system. Are you the person who put it in layaway? Everything was explained at time of sale and your receipt also stated the stipulations of the sale. The computer will not cancel a layaway before 60 days.   I checked their loan info regarding jewelry as collateral online before going into the store. Online stated they verify/authenticate the metal and carat of stones and base the values on resale price. I walked in and the girl told me they only do 25% of the scrap value. I understand this if I wanted to just sell the jewelry. This is shady and a total rip off and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. We are a licensed gold exchange so we are fair with our pricing. The amount that was given to you was for a loan amount which is usually lower as an incentive for you to pick up your item. I don't see how this is shady. No one is making you do the loan and it is your choice to do it our not. I and do not see how we "ripped you off". You don't like our offer don't take it. But we do our best to help our customers and you are asking us to help you which we would be glad to do. Jewelry stores are the rip off they mark up 400% over wholesale that's why you are upset.
