  My experience working with Paul was better than I could have ever imagined. He was an extremely knowledgeable, communicative consultant, and was patient in helping me navigate the financial component of my first home-buying experience. The process had the potential to be incredibly confusing and difficult, but it never felt that way working with Paul. With his aid, we set up everything well in advance, and he walked me through the process every step of the way. When questions arose, Paul was there in quick order to answer them for me. He also offered fantastic recommendations for services out of his purview which for me, a home buyer coming in from a distant location, was an invaluable bonus. I would gladly work with Paul again in a heartbeat.

  I can't say enough great things about Paul in his capacity as my mortgage advisor. I've worked with Paul on two re-fi's and most recently on a mortgage for my first ever single family home. Paul is one of the most professional, capable, crafty and sincere individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He, more than anyone else, is most directly responsible for having had my most recent offer accepted. Paul was extremely accessible, responsible and infinitely patient. He helped me understand the risks associated with making aggressive offers in the current market and worked through multiple scenarios for every offer I submitted, so that I could combine theory and practice, as they pertained to the offers I was making. He was extremely professional, knowledgably, reliable, and always provided a competent solution to every roadblock that we came across. He never hesitated to answer a question, was always full of energy and enthusiastic, and was available during nearly every waking hour of the day.   I cant say enough about Paul and his ability to get me a great refinance. I have a complicated situation and tried with 4-5 others to get me a refinance with no success. One person took several months and still came up short. Paul was able to do what others couldn't do. And not only that, rather quickly and with such a great attitude, not only knowing how to work the system but also how to work me who has been frustrated with continually getting rejected. I was fairly annoyed during much of the process having to get papers to Paul feeling it would be another time that I would put in a lot of work and get again rejected. Undaunted, Paul keep encouraging me and many times held my hand and literally walked me through the tech part to help me. I cant recommend Paul enough. He is my hero. Again, not only was he able to do what others couldn't do, he got me a great deal with little out of pocket expenses, and he is always so upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I am very grateful

  I have worked with Paul several times, including for my initial home loan in 2017, my refinance last year, and again on my current refinance. Paul is amazing! He is very professional, accessible, patient, kind, and available to answer all of my questions. He responds to emails and phone calls in a very timely manner, including on weekends and when he is out of town, and is always willing and ready to fight hard to get his clients the best rate. I highly recommend Paul for all of your home loan needs!

  Paul was great during the whole buying process. We are first time buyers and felt lost in the weeds a lot but Paul was always quick to respond to our questions and always happy to walk us through the details. He got us a great rate and respected our budget without ever trying to push us into a bigger loan that we could maybe qualify for. It's clear he knows what he's doing and cares about the people he works with. Also he seemed to always be in a positive mood which was a nice breath of fresh air given the craziness of this year, would recommend! Thanks Paul!

  My realtor introduced me to Paul four year ago to purchase a property in Walnut Creek. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciate how patient he was to guide me through the process. I truly enjoyed working with him. Later that year I introduced my previous coworker to Paul for refinance and he enjoyed his refinance experience with Paul as well. The interest rate is at a historical low in 2020 so I reached out to Paul for refinance. As always, Paul responded very quickly and put together a couple of scenarios of total cost analysis for me to look at. He also showed me a breakdown of closing costs. Then I decided to refinance with him. He guided me through the process and always responded to my emails very quickly. He answered all my question in great details and always kept me updated about the progress. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to purchase a property or to take advantage of the current low interest rate to refinance.
