  We were first time home buyers, so it goes without saying we had no idea what were getting into. We were in contract on our home, and unfortunately had an issue with the lender we were working with initially (not Patriot One).A family member recommended I call Neil at Patriot One and see what our options were. From the first phone call Neil could not have been more professional and informative on our unique situation. Within a day or two he had our application submitted and on our way to our new home. I cannot recommend these guys and girls at Patriot One enough. They really got the job done when no one else could. I truly feel like I got the mortgage that worked best for me, and I didn't have to settle for something. From me and and family thank you so much!

  My wife I and are extremely grateful to have the pleasure getting our home loan from Patriot One. Forget about going to the big named banks for a home loan, believe me we've tried it. Our loan offer was David Khani, I cannot begin to elaborate on way he dealt with us, he was nothing but extremely professional, caring and genuine. He took the time, even on Sundays to sit down with us walk us through every step towards owning our home. I honestly didn't think we could have started and completed the entire buying process in under a month and a half. For anyone reading these reviews trying to find a good lender, I give you my word, Patriot One will not let you down. Thank you so much for making our goals a success!

  Patriot One Mortgage was very helpful to us. There were a lot of steps to take towards securing our mortgage, including the sale of a previous property.   What can I say about Patriot One Mortgage.........Neil Anamanthado is very good at what he do for a living because he will work with you to ensure that you are capable to acquire a mortgage loan. I am so happy that my brother recommended Neil to me because he really help me. My jobs (yes I said jobs) actually were so complicated that he took the time out (along with his underwriter team) to help me sort through everything with a fine tooth comb, we left no stone unturned because we wanted to make sure that I would qualify for a mortgage loan.
