  Been a member for almost 2 years. They have zero loan options for me, saying we will review it in 6 months. This bank has a habit of taking 35$ overdraft fees for no reason time and time again. Beware!! Theives much? I will be switching banks next week.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful I've never had issues with hidden fees or anything banking wise I'll be a customer for life.

  I got a vehicle loan through PFCU. As a Military retiree I thought they would be friendly to veterans. I made a minor mistake with the insurance (not enough insurance the bank wanted for the loan), something I corrected as soon as I found out and something that was not explained to me when I signed the paperwork. I was underinsured for a month before I found out and fixed it. I called them to let them know and they told me they were going to charge me for the previous month of insurance at a rate over 4 times higher than my actual insurance rate, even though I did not make a claim or have any need for insurance during that time. The vehicle, a motorcycle, was parked in a garage 90% of that time in fact. Didn't matter, they will charge me anyway. I currently have 2 vehicles financed through this company, but in the next 12 months I will refinance elsewhere. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint today for overcharging for insurance. Buyer beware, don't use these guys. I wouldn't bank there either, God forbid you make a mistake with your checking account.

  Beware do not bank with these people I am closing on a home loan today and the vehicle is being paid off in full and they would not give me any type of extension even though the vehicle is going to be paid off within a week I mean that is so ridiculous I will never bank with these people again what happened to customer service geez lesson learned!!

  The WORST BANK EVER!!!! Do not ever bank with these people. They’re rude demeaning and very discriminatory. The ONLY good thing I can say about them is that they offered a good rate on a car loan. And they have ONE agent who is helpful Jessica Gruber. After 1 year of dealing with them the only positive & helpful experience I’ve had has been with her. They make up rules and come up with “brilliant ideas” ask for random documents because they don’t believe you. I’ve never dealt with nothing like this in my life. Ever. I want everyone to know how horrible and rude they are I’m shouting it from the rooftops. I almost lost my home because of them

  Patriot has always had my back when I need a loan they are there ans fast. Great competitive rates. Customer service is awesome. Highly recommend this bank for all your banking needs.

  If your website says your open then you should be open. Went to both locations in Hage neither was open.

  Hi Jason. Due to weather related telecommunications issues, our branches closed early on Wednesday, September 1. Today, September 2, our Robinwood branch is open till 4 PM, our North Pointe branch closed early at 2:30PM due to telecommunications issues.
