  Wow what can I say first they do not have a very good staff cause I don’t need a label to know a brand most are by colors or by styles. But not them they just call it no name witch to most is generic and then offered 5$ on a 1/2” torch wrench witch is the price of a gallon of gas right now and are not interested in 20v tools by Lincoln so in sort if you live anywhere but around the corner it’s not worth your gas to go there so keep that in mind cause royal pawn is just down the street and at least they know what they are looking at #bidenspawnshop

  Love this little pawn shop, Alyssa is always super helpful and informative. The layaway program is great for larger value items.

  I've been going here for years. I've bought and sold items here. They give the best offers out of all of the other pawn shops in Hagerstown. They always have a wide range of merchandise to purchase as well. The staff is helpful and friendly.

  Literally have never been here before until today. I got way more than what i thought i was going to get. The staff was friendly and did not play games, everything was straight forward in and out. Highly recommend. (I sold a tool to them)

  It’s nice for the size of a medium store. I was in this paw shop a few times and one thing stuck out. I was looking for things that I wanted and found one item only and I stood in a line crowded line. The store was packed on a weekend. And one gentleman ( I’m guessing the man who runs this place had noticed I was waiting to purchase this one cheap item and saw what I had. The man had said that since I have one cd and I had patience that the item was on him and I can go about my way. That was very kind. I recommend going here and check out what they have.

  The staff is fast and courteous. I did a one month pawn to cover a work repair and I received best terms in area (their one competitor located nearby is similar). They also have great selection of jewelry, instruments, etc (no firearms, go to Frederick store).

  Three stars because of the selection of items but other than that their prices are way to high. Specially their tv series they wanted $10 dollars for season 5 of House that was very used and box in not great shape I just googled House season 5 and you can buy it at 10 different stores for $5-$6 dollars eBay amazon etc. that’s crazy 10 dollars at a pawn shop. No thanks.

  Petty ok pawn shop, prices tend to be little on the high side but that's cause of haggelers like me lol. Just ask, they might come down if it's with in reason or they have been sitting on it for a while. Never had a bad experience. If I didn't like the price I just moved on no big. Generally an ok place.
