  I worked with Darla Jardine at this location and she went above and beyond every time I needed assistance. I am amazed at her professionalism & calmness even in a time constraint scenario.   we had a problem with online vendor that overcharged us and never shipped the items that were ordered. Darla Jardine was very helpful in getting this issue resolved. She took all of the information, made numerous phone calls and took my wife's statement for the dispute form. Darla did an excellent job in serving our needs.

  Darla was very helpful answered all my questions gave me all the information I needed to make my financial decisions responded to emails very quickly if she said she'd call you back she did I really like the fact that I can call in and talk to the same person everytime and not have to press 1 for this and 2 for that very pleased with the service I've received up until this point.

  I actually walked into this location on Marconi in Columbus Ohio because the one on main Street is currently under construction and needless to say I'm glad that I did. Now take a mind this location is inside another building so I didn't really know what I was doing, I came in and was looking very confused but I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Darla jardine and she let me know it was okay and that she would take care of me and my confusion. (lol) I immediately felt welcome and she helped me right away through all of my concerns and problems and also even got the ATM machine working for me which wasn't working at that time so basically she went above and beyond I can see that the customer service of all the pathways must be great because I'm definitely two for two right now great job !!!!!!
