  I've been trying to get my money out of this bank for nearly a month now, and they still have over $1500.00 of my money. They've blocked my savings account from being allowed to transfer money with no valid reason, they refused to close my 0.00 balance checking account - but still threatened to charge me a $30.00 "no balance" fee on that account. They have over $1500.00 of my money that I've had to jump through multiple hoops to try to get out of this bank to deposit into my new bank, and have already spent hours over 4 trips to my physical bank location. I should have been able to simply transfer all of my money to my new bank, but I've been given multiple conflicting and time-wasting explanations about how to actually get these accounts closed, and how to get the remainder of my own money out of this bank. To say I'm frustrated with this bank is an understatement.

  ATMs outside of bank are always down. Saturday afternoon I attempted to desposit money into my account in the middle of me doing a deposit the machine shut down. My card was taken and $30.00 of my money, I was not compensated call center workers were very rude and I was even lied to by a supervisor I was told I would receive my card back on Monday when the machine could be opened up, I wasted gas to go there today for them to let me know I won’t receive my card until Tuesday when the brink truck comes. I have bills to pay and they obviously don’t care. Still out of $30.00 of my money. I’d rather bank with Pnc or chase. Hunnington system is outdated please don’t use this bank.

  Huntington advertises piece of mind to their customers but that is not true. They will send your payments back even though your direct deposit is sitting in the account. Then try to make you feel like a bad person about it.
