  Thanks to Davis Love, he is very upfront and trustworthy. I was recommended to him by my realtor. We closed on our 3rd home with Pathway Mortgage.   We have been meaning to review Pathway Mortgage for a while, but kept forgetting! But they so deserve 5 stars! We bought our first house in June of 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. We were living in California when my husband got accepted into medical school in Spartanburg, SC. We had around 6 weeks to find and finance a house once he accepted the invitation. Because we had a long relationship with Wells Fargo banking, we started our first loan application there. There were so many obstacles we had to go through and a lot of confusion, headaches, and frustration. And after all of that, we were denied because the underwriter was uncomfortable with the move between California and South Carolina. Wells Fargo also took a long time to let us know that they have denied our application, so it put us in a precarious situation where we almost lost the house we bid on. Thankfully, once we told our real estate agent our problem, she introduced us to Davis Love of Pathway Mortgage. Davis and his company were incredible! Davis took care of everything, explained everything, and answered all of our questions (no headaches, no confusion, no frustration for us!). He even worked it out so that we were still on track even after the Wells Fargo delay. He even found us an option with quite a low interest rate. I’m not sure we can ever thank him for what he did for us - this all happened while he was in SC and we were in CA. We really had to trust him because we couldn’t be here in person. Davis and Pathway took that responsibility seriously and went above and beyond for us. Because of them and our real estate agent Cindy Ward, we were able to purchase our first house. So thank you so very much Davis! You deserve all the stars!

  I would highly recommend Pathway Mortgage to anyone in the market for a new home. We were lucky enough to work with Davis who was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Davis took the time to present multiple options and help led us secure a lower rate than initially anticipated. Pathway’s service after closing has been fantastic as well and I anticipate using them when purchasing our next home.

  Pathway Mortgage is the way to go! Davis was patient, friendly, super helpful, and dedicated to making sure that I could get the best rate for refinancing. He bent over backwards making sure that I was taken care of and was willing to converse with me even after hours to fit my schedule. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, Davis was able to navigate our loan process through multiple options and lenders and constant changes with the IRS efficiently and to our benefit. He ended up getting us a great deal on a refinance and we couldn’t be more appreciative of his guidance and professionalism during these times.
