  Just bought a used 2013 Buick Lacrosse Premium with low miles from Curtis Garber and really enjoyed this experience. I was shopping around at other dealerships before reaching out and they stayed passed closing to ensure I had a chance to view and test drive the vehicle.   Called about a vehicle the first day it listed, and talked to a "James" on the sales team. Was told the vehicle was going in to be looked over, and he would contact me within a few days, once it was checked out, with a price. A month went by and no word from him. Then I call and find out the vehicle is sold. Very poor communication; I will not do any business with this place in the future.

  Drove 2 hours from Lansing to buy a certified pre-owned truck that we picked out on Carfax and it was a very positive first-time experience. James Lopez was our salesperson. He did an excellent job for us. Would definitely recommend this dealership, ask for James Lopez!
