Talia Renae5Walked in looking for a 3rd row. I wasn’t able to get my third row that I wanted, but I was directed to a very reliable Toyota Camry. She’s been the best car for my little family. I came in with poor credit and $1k down. I haven’t missed a single payment and been working hard on building my credit, along with budgeting my money. I only wish they had an option to refinance for newly self employed customers. I went from being a commission hair stylist to a booth renting self employed stylist. Most banks won’t refinance without 2 years of self employment, which by that time the car will be paid off. 😁 I intend on keeping her for our long road trips and getting our third row through Parker Toyota with my own bank financing option. Parker auto credit is a great way to build your credit if you are willing to commit for 3 years and put in the work for doing what you need to in order to build your credit. It is not their job to build your credit or make your payments. It’s also not their job to pay for repairs, no one can see into the future. Vehicles need maintenance. I make sure maintenance is done on time for my vehicle and she’s been running great for a year. I am great full for the opportunity to own this camry. 😁 Thank you Parker auto credit!

Service was excellent and prompt, they sought out the best option for my financial situation and did everything they could to assist with getting out of the prior disabled vehicles loan.

Audi A7 Owner1Easily the most frustrating and terrible experience in recent memory. They taste forever to help if you can’t come in to the store, they post card on the website they can’t sell, they speak to you like you’re dumb when you ask them why. I’d just suggest finding another way

Cody K1Terrible customer service. They refuse to help you if anything happens (which during the pandemic a lot has happened to a lot of people). This is the first time I bought a car from a dealership and it's the last. The first car they sold me the transmission went out in 6 months. I had no money because I spent it all on the down payment for that one. So with no options I had to finance another car from them which come to find out I'm paying twice as much for than what my gf pays for the same exact car with half the miles. If you have to do business with them becareful cause they'll take advantage of you.

Angel Rarrick5I had one of the best experiences at Parker auto credit. I was greeted instantly and treated like any other individual. I came as a single mom, low income, tight budget, and a car that was not working very great. I was able to get a nice new car (New to me) One that I wasn’t afraid I was gonna break down in and that me and my child would be safe. There’s no hassle prices are fixed and it’s simple fast and easy. I worked with Dave who was absolutely phenomenal super kind very reasonable and quite the character. The best part to me was that I was able to go in without anybody helping me and as a woman that is in empowering! I will go back to them when I’m ready to trade again. Couldn’t ask for a better time and I am fully satisfied as a customer.

J K1"we still have a business to manage" They'd rather you and your family be out homeless than you be late one one payment. I've never missed or been late on a single payment and when circumstances change and I call to figure something out my account manage was rude and disrespectful. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced from an established business. Instead trying to work with me or figure anything out they just demanded I pay. Guess you're business is screwing people over.

Shawndey Vasquez5The young man that helped us was upfront with us from the beginning. He kinda just laid it all out there on how their financing worked and on how the vehicles were worked on more based off of what the vehicle needed mechanically than what they needed materialisticly because they were more worried about the car running good and be a safe vehicle for my son and his little family. We were lucky that our vehicle is in really good shape, so we were good to go.

Calob Wilson1They were super rude, wouldn’t help with being a tiny bit late on payments, they say it’s good for first time buyers but I wouldn’t recommend it. The payment manager is terrible she has no boundaries and only wants her money… I will Never go there again nor will I ever tell someone to go there

Joshua Davies3The approval process and finance process were fantastic. But actually taking delivery of my car, an entirely different story. My salesman knew I'd be off work by 3 to pick up the car, yet when I arrived I had to wait for almost 2 hours to take delivery while they removed stickers and fueled up the car. I purchased the car the day before and they had almost 24 hours to get the car ready for me, yet nothing was started until I arrived. This was frustrating and disappointing. I have better things to do with my evening then wait on the service department when they had all morning to prepare the car. Car buying process....5 stars. Car receiving process...1 star.
