  I don't often write reviews, but when an individual exceeds my expectations and provides exceptional service , it should be recognized. Global is a great credit union, and that is due in large part to the front line employees that we as customers interact with. Kasala Moyer , consumer loan officer at the CDA branch is one of those exceptional individuals that is one of the most organized, personable, and professional people that I have ever met. I highly recommend Kasala Moyer and Global Credit Union , Coeur d'Alene ID. 5 star rating on all categories !

  You can’t pay your Global credit union mortgage at a Global Credit union bank. They don’t allow it. Go to another bank, there’s plenty out there. I hope this bank gets Baught out someday and my loan sold off to a more refined credit union.

  Hi Alan, You can pay your mortgage loan a few different ways. You can mail a check to Global Credit Union P.O. Box 660592 Dallas TX 75266-0592, the address is also on the monthly statement you receive. You can visit our website at www.globalcu.org, on the Services tab click Pay My Loan and then View/Pay Mortgage Loan. You can register here to see your mortgage online and set up automatic payments. Or you can call 855-731-7249 to get further assistance.

  I am a member of a credit union out of the area in the shared network. It seems too often doing transactions in other credit unions, the process is so awkward. I appreciate the quick, smooth and professional transactions at this credit union. Exceptional people and service!

  Terrible experience in regards to land/home loans. I personally know 3 other people that have had the same experiences. In all 4 experiences people have lost their land because global dropped the ball. They drag their feet and don't understand efficiency. I do not suggest working with them. I will be filing a complaint with the state finance department.

  Honestly this the worse bank that I have ever gone to. In exception of the staff. Most are nice others are very judgement all and discourteous. I opened an account with them in 2014. I have had the worse experience. I have now been on hold with their after hour center for 40 minutes as they are unable to locate my account using my social security number nor my name. Their after hours is the original reason I left their bank and only have a credit card with them. I have used the same user name and password for years on this account and for some reason I can't access anything on the web itself but I can on the app. Not to mention the after hours use to be way worse. You have to put in a full application in order to do a credit line increase. Maybe I have high standards working for the second largest bank in the US but their customer service lacks majorly. I would never recommend anyone to them due to this. They definitely need to up thier game because soon they will be non-existent. (Perhaps they should find another company to service their credit card)

  Called to ask some basic questions about wire transfers for our business. I talked with Judy Mitley who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She probably saved our Company a lot of headache and possible loss of funds. Thank you Judy and Global for being so helpful!

  Waited in the drive thru after sending my deposit through, no one came to the window for 15 minutes. Absolutely riduculous. Teller didn't even apologize for the wait when she finally did show up.

  This place is a joke no one answets the phone, they make you leave a message on a voicemail and they dont call back ! In a 4 hour period i left 2 voicemails and called7 times ! I had a simple yes or no question.... not even that big of a deal yet them answering would have saved me a 30 min drive completely out of the way from the 45nin drive i had to make if the answer were no...when i got there there were no customers in the lobby or the drive thru and the answer eas no so i had to drive 1hr to a different location. ...stupid
