  We did a home equity loan. Diane Kautzman was our loan officer. That gal is SHARP! Friendly, courteous, quick to get back to us, extremely knowledgeable, a total pleasure to work with. She arranged everything, kept us updated on what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and how it would transpire. Diane also made several money-saving suggestions and gave us options to choose from. She seemed very genuine and Park Side CU is lucky to have her, as are all the people she assists. She makes Park Side look good and is a credit to the Credit Union! If you have the opportunity, use Park Side and ask for Diane.

  I would like to thank Diane and her staff. Through the whole process of our refi, She was extremely helpful with any questions that I had, was very prompt in replying to emails or calls. I’ve enjoyed my experience with Park Side when I financed a vehicle through them. They continued their excellent service again when I came to them for getting my house refinanced. I can’t say it enough that they provide excellent customer service, are super friendly and very helpful for any banking questions you might have. I will continue to go to Park Side, for my future financial needs.

  If you don't like big banks and like the personal touch of a small hometown banking with many different products like a big city bank well here it is. I have taken multiple loan packages for various items from cars to land and they have been great and easy to work with
