      I do most of my banking with the Newark branch, but I come to this one often because it's the closest to me. The staff is always really professional and super nice. They always have a notary on staff which is nice too. Highly recommend.

      I understand banker hours 9-5 however when you are in Worthington without numerous branches close by like in licking county then at very minimum I think you could stay open until 6 for the customers that work the 8-5. At the very bare minimum at least on the busiest day of the week Friday people's pay day.

      I have been with Park National since 2001 in Knox county. I was so happy to find a Franklin county branch. Pleasant people working at this branch and quick to get me thru the line during the lunch hour!

      Wonderful bank with a hometown feel. Cindy (branch manager I believe) is so efficient and friendly in all my dealings and is so responsive in times of need. I have been banking here for 7+ years and have all my checking/ savings and auto loans through them. Would be difficult to bank anywhere else at this point!

      Why is the lobby not open if you are wearing a mask. This is ridiculous. After 30 plus years of being a customer it looks like I need to find a new bank.
